There are many misconceptions around IBM Mainframes. One way to show how unfounded these are is by drawing a comparison with other silly things people say.

 

The attempt was to exaggerate a ‘belief’ that is obviously unfounded, and thereby prove that there is a truth about the mainframes that deserves to be explored. This was executed through social tiles for twitter.

 

The idea is campaignable, and can be made as local as any market needs by seeking out ‘misconceptions’ that locals know are silly and laughable.
